Underneath the gardens behind the building is a large parking garage. It is not owned by the cooperative, though it is a condominium peer of the residence. The owner of the garage leases it to an operator and you may contract with them to keep your car there. The garage is accessible from the basement of the building 24 hours a day. If you have a monthly garage contract with the garage you may submit documentation to the management office to that effect and they will authorize your proximity key fob to let you enter the building from the garage.
