History of Primelite Manufacturing
Established March 1962

Primelite Manufacturing has been a major force in the manufacturing of
commercial and residential lighting for over 50 years. Started by Irwin Heit
in 1962, Primelite continues the traditions keeping our customers wishes our
first priority and producing durable, sustainable, traditional and trendy
lighting to suit every different taste palette. The business moves forward
under the direction of Irwin’s son, Benjamin, and while our catalog has
changed to reflect the times; it is the personal touch we provide our
customers that has made us a standout in an industry where many fixtures
are boilerplate.
