For over 95 years W.L. May Co. has a solid history of customer service excellence and appliance parts distribution. We are known in the industry as the distributor that customers may depend on, with commitment to service and integrity as the backbone to our organization.

Established in 1923, as a hardware store in downtown Portland, Oregon, we rapidly flourished to become the leader in parts distribution and customer service in the West. We currently circulate appliance parts and accessories, as well as white goods. Our market segments are Appliance Servicers, Builders and Property Management Companies.

W.L. May Co. proudly services 16 Western states including Alaska and Hawaii with three distribution centers:

Vancouver, WA 60,000 Sq. Ft.
Sacramento, CA 25,000 Sq. Ft.
Boise, ID 15,000 Sq. Ft.

Utilizing these facilities and partnering with multiple package carriers allows us next-day delivery from the Canadian Border to the Mexican Border, and East to Nevada and Utah.

W.L. May Co. also provides logistic and fulfillment services to a variety of national accounts and major manufacturers.

Personal Account Management

The yearly awards we receive from major appliance manufacturers has contributed us to being top-ranked in the industry. Awards include Platinum Star Distributor for Electrolux and Whirlpool Gold Ring Distributor.

We also provide training to our customers on a variety of subjects throughout the year. We currently partner with OEM factories to bring current, relevant information to our customers. Our Vancouver, Washington facility houses a training facility which is second to none.
