In 2014 brothers Robert and Harold Prather purchased Integrated Business Technologies, Inc. The company was originally established in 2011 as an exclusive Sharp dealer. However, since acquiring business they have developed the company to offer a wide range of products services with the intention of being their client’s sole provider for all office equipment and IT needs.

ibT is locally owned and family operated in San Antonio. The Prather’s are proud of their rich Texas family history dating back to the 1820s. Their direct ancestor Samuel Miller was a member of Austin’s original 300 settlers. Several family members since have participated in many notable battles including the battle of Colette Creek and the Massacre at Goliad. True to being a family-owned enterprise, the next generation of Prather’s are stepping up moving the company forward with the help of the outstanding employees that have come on board with each acquisition.
