Atomic Tae Kwon Do in Huntington has been serving the community for over 13 years. We specialize in martial arts classes for tiny tots, children, and adults. Our age and skills specific curriculum has been developed by a combination of martial artists, psychologists, and therapists. It is our mission to facilitate the overall success of our members in academics, workplace, and social environments. Through the use of mentorship, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and physical exercises rooted in the knowledge of psychology and occupational therapy, we strive to give our members tools to reach an optimal physical health, a flexible and confident mindset, and emotional strength.
